The deadline for receiving applications is June 1st, 2019 (Masterclasses), and June 17th (Competition).
As the number of participants is limited, students are accepted in the order of arrival of the enrollements. Late applications after the deadline, when accepted, will suffer an increase of 10% on the fees. Application will only be considered definitive as soon as the course fees are confirmed in our bank account.

Course dates/Datas
The lessons will begin on the morning of 28th June and will end on the afternoon of 6th July. Students are encouraged to arrive on the 27th June and leave on the morning of the 7th July to make the most out of our course.
As aulas começarão na manhã de 28 de Junho, e terminarão no dia 06 de Julho. Os alunos são encorajados a chegar no dia 27 de Junho e partir na manhã do dia 7 de Julho para tirar o máximo proveito do nosso evento.
Conditions of participation/Condições de participação
There is no age limit for attending the master classes. If you are a minor, you must travel with a parent/guardian or an official permission stating that you are allowed to travel by yourself under your own responsability. Travel costs, as well as visa and health insurance arrangements are the responsability of the students.
Não há limite de idade para participar nas masterclasses. Se o aluno for menor de idade, deverá viajar com um dos pais/responsável ou entregar à organização um documento oficial informando que está autorizado a viajar sozinho, sob sua própria responsabilidade.
As despesas de viagem, assim como vistos e seguros de saúde são da responsabilidade dos alunos.
Accomodation/Alojamento
The festival will organize free accomodation for participants in the masterclasses, hosted by families from Sardoal, friends of the event. Free accomodation will be assigned by order of application.
For late applications, or should students prefer so, the accomodation may be organized in local hotels with special fares, not included in the course fees, in double and triple rooms. Students may also be lodged in single rooms, for a higher fare. Students must contact the organization to arrange their accomodation.
O festival organizará alojamento gratuito para alunos das masterclasses, em casa de famílias amigas do evento. O alojamento gratuito será atribuído por ordem de inscrição.
Esgotado o alojamento gratuito, ou para alunos que assim prefiram, será organizado alojamento a preços especiais, não incluídos na propina do curso, em quartos duplos ou triplos. Os alunos podem escolher ficar em quartos individuais, por uma tarifa mais alta. Os participantes devem contactar a organização para reservar o seu alojamento.
Bus Lisbon/Sardoal/Lisbon
On the 27th June a free Bus will pick up students in the airport of Lisbon, departing at 18.00. Also on the morning of July 7th, the Bus will take students to Lisbon airport, from Sardoal, arriving before 11.30. The organization may not be held responsible for any delay in arriving to the airport as a result of an unavoidable accident or Act of God. Students not able to take the Bus must travel on their own.
No dia 27 de Junho à tarde um autocarro recolherá alunos no aeroporto de Lisboa, com partida às 18.00. Também na manhã de dia 7 de Julho, os alunos poderão ser transportados para o aeroporto, com chegada prevista antes das 11.30. A organização não se responsabiliza por atraso do transporte decorrente de casos fortuitos e de força maior. Participantes que não possam apanhar o autocarro devem viajar por conta própria.
Sightseeing and Open Air Activities/Visitas e actividades ao ar livre
Touristic tours and open air activities will be organized, in parallel with the masterclasses. Participants will be informed later on on this subject.

Concerts/Concertos
During the festival, several concerts will take place in the cultural center and historical sites through out the city. The professors of the festival will select the students who will partipate in these official concerts. (note: students will not be offered remuneration for their participation in these concerts).
Repertoire is selected by the organization committee.

Practice facilities/Pianos de estudo
During the mornings and early afternoon, pianos will be available for students to practice. A schedule for practicing will be organized, the amount of hours per student will depend on the number of enrolled students.
De manhã e no início da tarde, estarão disponíveis pianos para os alunos praticarem. Será criado um horário; a quantidade de horas de estudo atribuídas a cada aluno dependerá do número de alunos inscritos.
Lessons/Aulas
Each student will receive 4 lessons from the selected professor. It might be possible to make lessons with different professors, depending on the availability.

Passive students may listen to all lessons and events and take profit of accomodation and event facilities like a regular student.
